Caesar(ish) Salad review by Kelly
The Caesar-ish salad here at The Companion is such a FUN symphony of flavors. The freshly made Caesar dressing is perfectly pair with the right acidity, anchovy and parmesan cheese. The fresh greens are perfect for that fork-full bite. The crunchy topping are chefs-kiss. If you want to up the flavor profile, order a side of the garlicky kale and toss it in. Proteins? SALMON, CHICKEN, SHRIMP, you got it! And if you order it to-go they politely put the dressing in a go-container so your greens stay crispy. Get it! You'll love it and you'll want to keep coming back and customizing it to your cravings for the day.

Absolutely freaking delicious. Great rub, not dry but giant and juicy. Home made blue cheese is done right. Hot sauce is tangy and delicious and served on the side so you can control the heat and flavors.
